SHIPPING & HANDLING TIME

We offer free shipping in India. International Shipping is Chargeable .

Orders are usually processed within 2-4 business days (i.e., Monday – Friday). Some orders, such as pre-order items, may take longer.

We're continuously striving to get your purchase to you sooner, however, in some unforeseen circumstances it may take a bit longer. In this case, we'll notify you of this delay immediately.

SHIPMENT TRACKING

You will be notified when your order ships from our warehouse with the shipment tracking number.

Returns: 

Customer should raise request for return in 7 days after Delivery .

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

In case you have received damaged/missing or incorrect item then kindly raise a return request along with the picture of that product.

Note: Customize products are non-returnable unless the product delivered is damaged or defective.

India : Customer have to bear the shipping charges for returning their product which will be appx Rs. 60/- 

International : Customer have to bear the Shipping Charges for return. 

 

In case of COD payments the COD charges will not be refunded.

If 7 days have gone by since the date of delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
